Right 001 ticket means indeed AA has to handle unless BA was at the start of the ticket or a limited number of other factors.

Since that's not a BA location (yet!!!) I better mention this is Des Moines Iowa, so to the left of Chicago on the big map.

The best I can see for tonight, at the moment, is United to ORD then AA208 to Dublin, if you are in Business Class, and this is within policy for AA. Otherwise in Coach there is space on KEF to DUB, and various ways to get to KEF involving Delta, but that's well out of AA policy.

The trouble is that on a Friday night pretty much all the Atlantic flights are full, so you have to seek out the obscure.
