I use Canada transfers for traveling to Mayakoba and back. Whoever you use will want to return you too early so make sure you adjust your return to CUN accordingly.
I tell the driver I’ll give him a good tip if he stops st a grocery where I pickup a couple large bottles of water for the vanity to brush our teeth , room snacks , mosquito spray and sunscreen. Globalist water is sufficient for everything else
As a Glob the front desk will arrange free transportation to the other Mayakoba hotels where you can have a pretty good dinner experience. They in turn will arrange your trip back to Andaz. Mayakoba. That does require a tip for the drivers.
We especially like Safron restaurant at the Banyon tree. Hyatts Casa Amante has consistently disappointed. Globalist breakfast is very good and you will have your choice of a huge buffet and menu items along with espresso drinks. They have never been chinchy with us.
The spa is a good one and they have always offerd us a Globalist discount on massages and other services.
Other than going out to dinner around other Mayakoba hotels we enjoy the Andaz as a destination and simply eat, drink , relax and do Hammock duty. Simply stated we usually stay on property and not leave
