That's more than I get! Since the property emailed two weeks ago saying they were cancelling my reservations they haven't responded to my (brief and polite) emails to the reservations team and GM or to my WhatsApp messages or attempts to reach them by phone. Appalling service from what's supposed to be a luxury brand property. I've just attempted to escalate the issue to someone at Marriott. Have others had bookings cancelled?
