By all means moan about improperly chilled wine at a restaurant or a hotel. But sheeh, the reality is it is what it is when it comes to modern scheduled airlines. As I said, BA's marketing department will happily promise you the world, but people need to bear the reality in mind. Perhaps especially on short-haul flights.
I believe the content wasn't the issue but the tone of your post which was blunt at best. Some might call it rude.
