By all means moan about improperly chilled wine at a restaurant or a hotel. But sheeh, the reality is it is what it is when it comes to modern scheduled airlines. As I said, BA's marketing department will happily promise you the world, but people need to bear the reality in mind. Perhaps especially on short-haul flights.
i completely disagree with this above. Perhaps it is not important for you personally but it does matter for others. Luckily technology allow us to have easy solutions for these problems even on short haul. People doesn’t have to hear the reality from you as they are aware of it hence they moan. Also the op asked a question and luckily we heard the current BA aircraft setup. Not from you of course. Still people should complain if they don’t like something. Ultimately, we passengers paying for all of this.
