If it were me, I'd pick either the left or right side aisle, just so that I do not have to jump over somebody if needing to go to the lav. But then, someone would have to jump over you when he/she needs to go. Row 8 is part of the minicabin behind F, should be quiet, unless there is a baby onboard. We sat on row 12 - nothing to write home about. It is lie flat, so sleep was not an issue. Due to openness of the seat, knee room is actually better than reverse herringbones - especially if one is more than 5' 7" - IMO. I am 6' and slept ok on this seat.
