I applied for Korean SES through DHS TTP page and get directed to the HiKorea website. When attempting to create an account and join, it ask for me to join as 'Korean Nationals' (no), 'Registered Foreigners' (no), 'Overseas compatriots' (no), and 'Short-term residents'. That last one is the only option where it does not require any specific Korean-issued id, so I picked that one.

But then the form asked for a Korean phone number - what do I put in there? Am I going down the right path here?
