I have nothing against gardeners, but their as* doesn't hurt from sitting on a cardboard seat 14 hours a week. United needs to stop the madness of elites (especially GS) handing out their plus points to non-family.
So, PlusPoints are incredibly valuable tools… that people at your firm are giving away to co-workers' gardeners.
