Apologies I know this comment is from April, however some context for those who will reference this thread.
35ABC/HJK are blocked off from seat selection until the flight closes, unless the flight is operating full and those seats are required. This is because they do not recline (however they have 32” seat pitch rather than 31” across the rest of WT).
