Pre meal drink and snack mix
Meal 1: hot entree, cold side, bun. No desert
Mid flight: cereal bar and banana
Meal 2: Same cereal bar and a small cold wrapped sandwich

Pre COVID there was a bottled water and ice cream served with Meal 1. And Meal 2 was warm.

Really spartan.
