Damaged Baggage - Where to Report?
Hi folks,
This should be obvious/easy, but I'm not finding it so. I've just landed in Sydney from Singapore on BA15, and my luggage has been damaged. I'm now home (yes, should have reported directly at the airport) and am trying to find where to report it. According to the BA website, you need to report damage before you can make a claim.
There is an Australian BA contact number (1300 767 177) but when I call I get a "your call couldn't be connected" message.
There is also a UK central baggage number (+44 344 493 0787), but it's just recorded messages and there is no one to speak to.
Any clues for the clueless? Thanks in advance!
