Edinburgh / Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa - open, allowed me to take my breakfast in my room for additional 5 pound "tray charge" which was much appreciated.

Glasgow / Marriott / open - full breakfast buffet in restaurant; heavy hors d'oeuvres in lounge in the evenings
