I would suggest managing your expectations in the future. We are still taking about 21st century scheduled air travel here. Whilst BA's marketing department will happily promise you the world, I'm afraid you have to keep reality in mind.
?? The person who has knowledge of this subject told us that there is refrigeration in the rear galley. It is not some outlandish fantastical expectation as your reply claimed.
