I have never experienced any Fairmont, only the Sofitel brands.
I have to change my pillow and I was wondering how is the Fairmont's ?
Mine (Sofitel) is a bit too firm. I used to own a Westin but they have changed their supplier a few years ago. So I am struggling to find a new good pillow as a back sleeper.
