FYI or Warning or whatever you want to call it -- For the last few months my Orbitz account has been in some odd state where I can see (via specific click paths) that I have Orbucks, but the ability to apply them is gone. Customer Support has been unhelpful and the situation is not resolved. At this point I'm considering those earned Orbucks as lost, along with any business I would have given Orbitz/Expedia in the future.
