One item I'll add to this thread: NH has some of their Latin America Collection hotels in THC at $100-150/night. The hotels are equivalent to nice dwontown Holiday Inns - nothing to write home about, but for a couple free-ish nights I'm not complaining. I've stayed 2 nights in Mexico City (2021), Quito (2022), and soon Santiago for close to nothing (first 2) and about $80 (Chile) after the credit.
The $100 hotel credit in Mexico in 2021 covered the fairly good breakfast buffet (included mimosas) for 2 both days, with a bit left over for a couple drinks at the hotel bar. Quito's covered the similarly good breakfast (sans mimosas) for 2 one day and 2 of the basic massages (I think 40 minutes?), although the spa itself is not great. The airport transfer wasn't included, but was a similar price to Uber but in nice SUVs. Not sure yet about Chile as there isn't much info online about what breakfast costs online.
