That is correct, but to me this is where the other side of the argument comes in. If your business is fledgling or hard to substantiate, isnt having 100k of credit to reallocate better than lying on an applicate to get more credit? I try and be honest in the application, so if income is down, I want to have credit they are willing to reallocate.
