It's a "block space" codeshare agreement on AF marketed/VN operated flights between Paris-CDG and Hanoi (HAN). A block of six seats in Business, six seats in Premium Economy, and 61 seats in Economy Class are reserved for AF on these flights.

You cannot select seats within this block by calling VN; you can only select your seat from within the reserved AF blocks when OLCI opens.
