best case scenario," CX won't return to pre-pandemic capacity
until 2025. Personally, I think that is very optimistic. Cathay Pacific restored F service - once daily - HKG-LHR on December 5th, 2022; a - once daily - HKG-CDG was added January 18th, 2023. Not that long ago.
