I am confused. Do you want to credit your originally booked TPA-ZRH-OPO to Miles&More, the frequent flyer program of LX? Or do you want to credit it to United MileagePlus?

I know little about the BA / oneworld side of things but the excuse you got from BA for not crediting a BA-coded, BA-operated segment to Executive Club seems wrong to me.
