It's pretty much the same thing in reverse. Only difference is an extra passport check departing KCH, but that's not directly relevant in this case. I don't know for sure whether you'll be met at the gate, but they're usually quite good with expediting tight transfers.
At 1:35 I wouldn't worry too much. Easily doable if the inbound is on time. Immigration for international transfers is quick, barring the occasional large tour group that slows things down. Not too common these days, though.
