I've just done some quick edits to Wiki:
1. Replaced BEA Flyer World as beginner's card with HSBC EveryMile - $5 per mile with no fee
2. Highlighted HSBC Red 10X promo ($2.5 per mile) ends 30 Jun 2023, pending renewal
3. Highlighted BoC VI Dining 10X promo ($1.5 per mile) ends 30 Jun 2023, pending renewal

Plus some editorial changes like SCB Asia Miles World Mastercard --> SCB Cathay World Mastercard, deleting all references to DBS Eminent and SCB Worldmiles.

I think for a lot of card-present or mobile payment spends, unless your miles cost is >HK$0.15 (in which case --> CCB eye), you'd be better off looking at >=5% cash rebate promos from BoC Chill or Hang Seng MMPower.
