A word of warning for those charging their CY KEF to their Chase Bonvoy (or perhaps also Amex Bonvoy) card: double-check that you get the correct category bonus. I received only 2X on my Chase Boundless instead of the promised 6X for Marriott properties. I contacted Chase via Secure Message, and they first gave me the run-around asking me to wait for the statement to close and then check again. Didn’t change, of course, and when contacted again, they forwarded my message to whatever department deals with this. And those customer service agents told me they added the missing points to my next statement and would report the “discrepancy” in property categorization.
