I only do MOs at WMMC. I used to do WMBP but now I am not allowed. I am unsure what you are asking about Discover and cashier terminals.
So, you are wanting to convert the $200 BHN VGCs into a liquidable VGC like DE/GE? I am not aware of any alternatives.
Why and where are you buying the $200 BHN VGCs?
