Maison Fleurie is in Yountville and checking a random date in July is in your preferred price range. Would definitely stay in Yountville which is quite delightful for walking about. The Yountville Restoration Hardware store is something else and a lovely place to stop by for a glass of wine.

You can also check Yountville.com for other places to stay. Probably skip Bardassamo as it runs about $1500 per night.
