We are on the same flight. Three of us are in Club but my daughter decided to come last minute so she is in coach. Due to a ticketing snafu that took three calls to fix, she finally has her e-ticket. but she can't check in or choose a seat online. This thread has made me very nervous for her seat selection. We are planning to get to the airport early (I'm gold so we can check in at First desk), but at SFO the desk doesn't open until 3 hours before and often they are often late with that. Any suggestions? She's been locked out of online check-in due to too many attempts. UGH! With all the IT problems yesterday this has been a stressful past 24 hours.
