That's where I'm at! Been using them more than 10 years, booking at least 10 rooms year as my back-up for everything not Marriott. I will now look for alternatives. The math is horrible. I have a three day booking in Europe at $1043 CAD (730 EUR). That's an average cost of $347 a night. If I maintained that average for 10 bookings, I'd have a hotel room free at that amount. Under this program, it would just give me $69 credit toward a room - just 20% of the value I would have received before. So to the commenter above, in no way is this an improvement!
