As I wrote previously, TCB doesn't track my purchase despite I have done everything I could to make sure it tracks (I even have 2 dedicated browsers with setting to make sure it tracks). Anyway, I highly recommend Mr. Rebates and Rakutan - if TCB doesn't have the extra cashback I'd go for the one who gives out the most cashback.
