A month after applying via AMEX plat I still don’t have Marriott Gold. Marriott say it’s AMEXs problem, AMEX says they can’t do anything at this stage.

Now escalating further with AMEX complaints that I’m paying for a service I can’t use.

Marriott account just says pending.
