Another prime example of a solution looking for a problem. I guess it really does go to show how utterly disconnected to the operation these decision makers are who sign off on this stuff. Head in a bucket and refusing to hear the real truths. "I guess connecting passengers are really rubbish at reading signs, and that must be the root cause of all these misconnects." "Why yes, that must be it! poor HAL signage that's worked for decades in British aviation, it must be that, couldn't be anything else, right, you IT lot, devise a solution or we will outsource you even more."

I'm sure we've all been told on a flight we've taken that we are parking at the terminal or a satellite, only to end up after several minutes stopped on a taxi way, headed for a parking spot in the middle of slough and waiting for a bus to take us vaguely to T5. I do wonder if this app will be sharp enough to keep up with the change?
