I avoid middle-aged white women cashiers like the plague. Those ones always give you the hardest time. Also younger to middle-age hispanic women.
It varies. It depends on how well they are aware of WM policies. Unfortunately, at my go-to WM, word has spread to all the cashiers that there is a limit of one MO transaction a day and no bill pays with multiple debit cards. For now, they are allowing multiple debit cards for MOs.
