I have a long layover of 13 hours in T5 and I now need to attend a meeting in Canary Wharf around lunch time. I’m connecting in F so will have access to the CCR, would it be possible to leave my hand luggage at the check desk and leave the terminal and come back to the CCR a few hours later? Will they even know I have left the building?

I presume the easiest way from the CCR to landslide is to take the transit to the C gates and the exit through the UK border? How long does this normally take?

OT but what would be my quickest way to Canary Wharf? I’m thinking I take HEX to Paddington and then the Elizabeth line to CW?
