So. What is the current way to proceed?

my accounts been locked since Friday.

I have not contacted anyone.

I have not received any emails.

I don’t need to make any bookings but do have a flight in 7th July I’ll need to check in for.

do I wait or do I need to phone someone?

what’s the consensus here?
