I appreciate if its Z to B or vice versa we have no chance but was just a thought in the event its B to B. Inbound is London and outbound is Ex-EU so I dont believe passport control will be needed.
IFF you inbound is on-time, and you arrive in B and depart from B you don't need to pass immigration or security, and you'll have plenty of time for a lounge visit. The good thing in B (Non-Schengen, don't get me started on B Schengen) is that between the two Business lounges, the SEN Lounge and the Air Canada Lounge there should always be a gate that is reasonably close to your departure gate and/or right on the way between your arrival and departure gate.
