I flew on an A320neo in J on LH for the FRA - BUD flight going there (part of my long haul ticket coming from the US) and honestly these seats on the E2 were more comfortable although I had a whole row of 3 to myself on that one so a little more room to stretch out
It’s probably the most important feature of Euro-J that the seat next to you is usually empty. For short hops this is acceptable, but still many complain, that there are no domestic-F-style seats. Enjoy your trip!
