YES! Last service was in London in May, but also this past December. Entire experience was flawless from proactively reconfirming pickup details, waiting for us at arrival entrance, assisting with many suitcases, expending ALL lines (including VAT refund) and zero wait times at customs and security. From curbside to gate within 15-20 minutes. Would never travel to/from CDG or LHR without their assistance. Highly recommend. Have booked again for connecting flight assistance en route to Vienna as well as meet and greet upon arrival back in Paris and for departure vip meet and greet as well. Prices are reasonable for the amount of time saved and overall convenience.
