And I have gotten the pop-up a number of times on specific cards (Hilton business like 4 times!), discontinued the applications, and sometimes days later getting approved for NLL offers like biz Plat/Gold.
I got the pop once in my life for a 250k NLL biz plat mailer. I was very annoyed because that completely invalidated the invitation code even after I discontinued the application, so I couldn't try again another time as there was still awhile until it expired. And yes, I was well outside of 90+ days from my last Biz plat account opening - proof is that later the same day I applied for a 190k offer also with NLL, easily got approved and received the points when spending was met. For some reason they wanted to cheat me out of 60k points
