Just wanted to report that I had a very pleasant stay at the ArabellaSheraton Grand. Was upgraded to a Towers room which was nice but nothing to write home about. Amenity was a big bottle of water and a delicious Christmas Stollen (cake).

What really made the stay special, though, was the very attentive and friendly service I received from every staff member, especially at check in and out at the Towers counter (just behind the normal counters in the main entrance hall). From a tour of the Bavarian rooms to recommendations for restaurants - the dedicated Towers staff really made me feel welcome.
