In other words, as an applicant who’s had many AmEx cards during the past 7 years, presuming correct name and address and SSN, if I apply for one of those cards via an application that contains LL and I do not get a pop-up, what the chances the SUB will subsequently be declined? I have never heard of anyone (who didn't get the popup) having a bonus that didn't post- unless miscalculating the spending, counting cash equivalent transactions. etc/
And I have gotten the pop-up a number of times on specific cards (Hilton business like 4 times!), discontinued the applications, and sometimes days later getting approved for NLL offers like biz Plat/Gold.
