YES. I talked to an agent and she said the biggest issue is that a seat has to be available on ANA Inventory. For example, I saw 4 seats on a flight from IST-KUL on Turkish Airlines showing on Expert Flyer but when I went to book it, the ANA agent said that's not available on ANA's inventory which is much more limited. Is there a way you can check ANA inventory without calling in? The hold times are 3 hours to get an agent.

I posted a question in the RTW section. I'm worried that if a flight gets cancelled on my RTW itinerary and then no award space is available then the rest of my ticket will get cancelled. The agent said I wasn't able to buy that cancelled portion if it got cancelled. But this seems like a huge risk and potential issue booking a RTW trip with ANA.
