I stayed here for five days at the end of May and it was a great use of points. We had a bunch of different things going on and the location couldn't be beat for dining (spitalfields) and getting to all parts of London. I would stay there again. The rooms were tiny (I was in a twin with a friend), so if you are like to spread your stuff out, this is an awful place to stay as the closet was tiny. Housekeeping was awesome.

I would stay there again if I wasn't going to spend the majority of my time lollygagging in my room. Now that the Andaz is back to a category 6, I'll definitely stay here.
