Was just logged out of the BA App and it says my account has been temporarily locked and to refer to my email or letter but have not received anything. I have managed to reset my password but still getting the same locked message. Is anyone having a similar issue - the website says there is planned maintenance but, rather unhelpfully, provides no indication about what it is.
