You are correct that from November onward, ANA moves to 787 equipment on the SFO-HND route starting on October 30.
Yeah it appears October 29th is the last day unfortunately. SFO/LAX/SEA/YVR will all be serviced by 787 until EOD from that day. I have a friend I'm trying to help doing this F flight via VS and it looks rough unfortunately. Other routes would require a significant increase in points due to the VS deval and a much worse positioning.
