I believe that the balances have temporarily been removed from the statements due to some balances being displayed incorrectly. (Main problem being with HHA statements displaying the members balance rather than the total). The balances will be reintroduced once these issues have been resolved.

The statements have been going out for nearly a year, but only to members with account activity in the previous month.
