Flew Helvetic last week on BUD - ZRH - LCY (E190-E2 and E195-E2) in Y.

Perfectly pleasant flights for both of them. On BUD - ZRH, I ended up with the row to myself and for ZRH - LCY had an exit row on a completely full plane. In both instances the crew was perfectly fine and conducted cabin service quickly and effectively. Felt on par with my US experience on the regional carriers that are flying under the brand of one of the US3 (AA, DL, or UA).

My only complaint is that they charged for anything other than water but was flying for work so ultimately not a big deal to pay for a Coke Zero since it wasn't coming out of my pocket.

As always I enjoyed a Swiss chocolate on both flights and at LCY they were prompt in getting the baggage out on the other end.
