In our experience they provided breakfast upon arrival as a Platinum as a courtesy (April '22). I believe our flight to BOB landed at 8:32am, had luggage brought to the St. Regis boat at 8:50am, arrived to the resort at 9:15am. We checked-in and they held our bags in storage as the room was not ready. Breakfast around 10am and waited in the restaurant until 11am when our room was ready.

Flew them on 4/23 and had no issues. Staff was friendly and flight was on time and fine. They're a smaller company so if they have to cancel flights things might not be as smooth but I saw no reason to not fly them again. Hope that helps. FWIW, I only flew them because it was cheaper and thus my work said I had to (work trip), but as I said, it went off just fine.

Interestingly, just was preemptively upgraded ~3 weeks out from 2N in reefside + 1N in beachside to Superior OWV (which I believe is motu and not mountain-facing?). Any advice on which of the sOWVs to request - are there any that are sunset facing? Also, am I crazy to ask to stay in the beachside for the 1N because it has the Otemanu view and a private pool?
