The current e-mail doesn't actually give a statement - the traditional statement e-mail did, though it was always out of date. Perhaps this service - which if I remember correctly was introduced to replace the paper statement - has now stopped.

Problem with the online statement is the time it takes to retrieve and the number of times it doesn't work. Think someone needs to optimise the query.
