Depending on how long you plan to stay at the Conrad and how much you might be spending there, you can still leverage the $100 off at Conrad by paying the rest of the incidentals and other expenses during checkout. A couple of times i've added the Conrad/LXR offer of $100 off $500 to my Hilton Aspire and booked separate reservations at Conrad (one using FHR for one or two nights to get the $200 benefit and the rest directly through Hilton where I pay on check-out).
If you are staying just one or two nights, it likely won't apply but if you plan to stay 4+ nights, you can benefit from both offers.
