Mrs Hotcat was supposed to be home in Singapore by now, but is instead awaiting the (so far) almost 24hr delayed BA11 that hopefully departs this evening. Delay yesterday went from an hour to 2, then 23.15, when around 23.00 with pax at the gate, was cancelled/delayed to the following day and the usual 'fend for yourself' situation ensued. Reasons given over the PA at the time for cancellation/delay to next day were 'lighting struck the plane', and 'crew out of hours'.
Can anyone share the expert flyer code against this delay please?
FWIW, the aircraft had been on the ground at LHR since around 5am the same day (after coming in from Lagos I think)
