2. Correct, no entry on basis of SQ J (though other means obviously exist). SQ will offer you a $30 voucher if you’d prefer that over a lounge. Can’t have both. Shake Shack doesn’t accept these certs so my kids threw theirs away. Air India or Primeclass are your lounge options and neither are well-reviewed. On that topic, Air Canada lounge @ FRA is quiet at your time and much nicer than Lufthansa. Have never had a wait for a shower at AC.
